Don't think it matters too much, any factory HID setup will be better than plug and play. Even the factory HIDs with reflectors do alright

When all the aunties in their RX350s just wanted to be Takumi. We've misunderstood them!

Yea I think it's due to the old non updated laws that prevent those headlights becoming legal in NA. I remember reading about Audi's advanced headlight where it dims and brightens by itself based on traffic info, but they couldn't have that on cars here because of some stupid law

It's the same with any group tho, it's only "unfair" if it's against them, if they're in the wrong doing, it's other people's problems to adapt....

Everyone should post this on their FB/twitter page so that everyone knows included these cyclists...

I think cyclists should start paying insurance.. because "Hey This is our lane buddy"

what was the issue again?
don't worry guys, whoever pulls this off will get just a 10 year driving ban and no jail time if he claims not to have seen any of these guys in his lane

lol that riding group reminds me of that Harley Davidson episode from South Park, wouldn't be surprised if they capped off their rides with a circle jerk

Sounds like a group of motorists should get it front of them and slow down and see how they like it... Those people piss me the fuck off and no question they should have to pay insurance as well.

I once had an encounter with a cyclist who acted like that group. He tried blowing a stop sign without stopping. Only reason he jammed his brakes cause he knew he was gonna lose if we collided. Good thinking on his part but still proceeded to scream at me as if I'm in the wrong. I'm all for cyclists to carry insurance. If they want to share the road then they should pay premiums just like us.

So heres a question..

If they failed to yield to stop sign and you run into them (with dash cam footage), would ICBC say 50-50 or would they take into consideration on the injuries?

as a cyclist, i feel like there needs to be a license to actually cycle on the roads. shouldnt cost anything as to not deter people away from cycling but it should be mandatory because there are an equal amount of dumb cyclist on the road as there are drivers. some cyclist are just dicks though, theyre rude to other cyclists too... i dont get it. most days i want to carry a stick to shove in their wheel and run off.

I got hit by a cyclist that didn't stop at the stop sign, she ran into my driver door. ICBC said I have to pay for the deductible and they will go after her for the repair bill. They said it is not their job to get the the portion for my deductible. There were no injury. I wish they need to pay for insurance so I don't have to fork out the deductible.

I wonder if you can take the cyclist to small claim court to get deductible back - since you would have all the contact info of the cyclist
