Renewing License Question

I have to renew my DL in may,
I have about 3 speeding tickets and points premium

I paid off the points premium already but do I have to pay off the speeding tickets as well before I can renew?

I think so because they check if you have any pending payments.

Curious on how you paid off the points premium before paying the tickets? Unless you disputed them? Or the premiums were from before?

SRZ question, what is a points premium? is it extra fines for having too many points?

PornMaster 10-12-2011 07:46 PM

The premium was like $3xx.xx?
I got a letter from icbc, and I read that the points have interest on them so I went to the icbc office and paid it off.

Not the tickets though

I think he means Driver's Penalty Points and or Driver's Risk Premium

ICBC | Traffic violation tickets and penalties

the interest is so low on DPP fines.. didnt pay mine for a whole year and it was only about 20 bucks interest :lol
