I have intstalled cyanogenmod 7.1 firmware on it so it has full acess to the market and is way faster and smoother from out of the box.

I bought it from amazon 2 months ago for $270 and bought a $40 leather case. It is in perfect condition and has been in the case since day 1. No scratches.
