Better than JVC Arsenal KD-A925BT

I'm looking to change my stock head unit with a JVC Arsenal KD-A925BT but before I do, I'm wondering if anyone knows of anything that is better, cheaper OR even Better AND Cheaper. I've heard Kenwood has been getting better, any recomendations on top Kenwood head units?

Price range is Under $400, I can get the JVC Arsenal KD-A925BT for $249

THANKS!!

For around <$400 i'm sure you could find a DVD headunit

Example:
Pioneer 5.8" In-Dash Double-Din Car Video Deck (AVH-P2300DVD) : Double DIN Car Decks - Future Shop

If you're not in a rush, 2012 is around the corner and the 2011 stuff will go on clearance soon. So you could probably find a DVD deck w BT and Ipod control etc.

Actually, for the price you won't get much better as far as sound features go. The 925 is in fact a Kenwood KDC-X995 but it is much easier to use in my opinion (Kenwood and JVC have merged quietly over the past two years). It has a 24 bit burr brown DAC, 5-band parametric EQ, time alignment that is actually pretty good, a good bluetooth interface, BT streaming, colour matching and a ton of other features. Its our top selling higher end deck right now and its cheaper than Alpine and Pioneer. Its also got a 2-year warranty.

Very easy to use as well!

Just my 2 cents.
