looking to trade DC2 suspension (Mugen)...

Hey everyone. I brought this car in for the lady. The suspension in it now is too stiff. Needs to be a little softer. They are a mugan agj strut spring combo. Thats all I can see. I think at least an 8 way adj via the top of each strut. The valving works flawlessly (stiff to soft). I just think its too stiff even on the soft setting. Lowers the car approx two inches. the car drives around the city fine without bottoming out. Tho I have come across some driveways with harsh departure and caution is expected. The mud flaps scrape while going over most speedbumps to give you a better idea. I'm running a 195/55/16 in the picture provided. Now have 205/50's and ride height is approx the exact same.

What im looking to trade for is any other aftermarket coils, strut spring combo or MINT stock suspension. Nothing with ultra high millage. Must be in great shape!! I prefer a slight drop from factory. But depending the ride of the OE stuff, I will still consider. I do want a ride in your car to make sure what I am getting too. Its only fair.

The Swap: Ive got tools and know how, so if you dont know how to do the job, we can do it ourselves fairly easily in about an hr. Or I do, you watch. Whatever. If I do yours, you buy me lunch or honda oil filter. You pick. lol. Yes you can use my tools to pull-out/install on your car.

The lady dd's the car and this suspension would be better suited for someone who tracks the car or is looking for a higher performing suspension. They are in amazing shape!! I can give you a ride to see if the ride is for you.

NO TIRE KICKERS, MORONS, DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE. I'll tell you where to go and how to get there if you waste my time and act like a tool. I gave a description that should be understandable to anyone who knows whats what. So please, have common sense.

I will not respond to PM's or questions in this thread. Too busy to keep a constant note on forums unfortunately. Text me (Allen) at (604) 961-2449. Calls may be missed, so please text me first stating its for the "DC2 suspension", and I'll get right back to you right away. I am located in Port Coquitlam/Coquitlam area.

sweet, nice JDM GSR. i'd suggest looking for USDM ITR suspension if you'd like OEM with a better feel. there's usually quite a few sets laying around that people have for sale.

Thanks everyone. I ended up having a set kicking around from one of my 2005 containers. HAHA. Hiding in a old pile of junk I found a clean set left over from some cars I cut in half while working in jp.

Figured you guys would get a laugh at this?! :)
