Anyone here had ever applied for a job at tim hortons? Got scheduled for an interview tomorrow and some heads up would be appreciated. I'm 16 btw.

First impression is always important. So make sure you look fresh and clean when you walk in and look them in the eye with a firm handshake. And for your interview, they may be asking you questions to test how you think on the spot. They will probably ask you questions as to how you deal with difficult situations. So to prep, think of these situations before hand so you don't go in there and have to think shit up on the spot. Just my $0.02. PS: good luck on getting the job!

Give them some bs on how you are a leader and have no issues motivating your self and team members. Bluejay's right that shit is gold during a interview I say it every time i go go for an interview

from someone who bought breakfast there 5 days a week, occasional lunches and 3pm coffees, I'd assume the only question they ever asked on interviews is when can you start ...

make sure you watch the training videos over and over again
easy way to get paid by just sitting there
i worked at timmy hoes once
lasted a month and shit got boring as fuck

Hahaha never expected Timmys (more or less a fastfood chain) to give paid modular trainings. What bored you though? Going through the training? Or the job itself?
