WTB: 16INCH STEELIES WITH WINTER TIRES
 
Hi guys

As the title states, I'm looking to buy 16inch steelies mounted on winter tires.
Preferably the generic black steelies. PM me some offers.
17 inch steelies will also be considered.

Edit:
Wheel size: 16 or 17inch
Bolt pattern: 5x114
Price range: -500$
