TRD was mentioning bout fluids being done at Toyota. His service advisor should have asked him for permission with a price and all details before performing any work.

I have heard of some advisors that just go ahead and do the work, charge the customer and deal with it when the customers come in to pick up their vehicles = bad experience.

 Just a lil insight on my behalf hehe if you call that defending dealerships so be it :fuckthatshit:

I would recommend Regency or Granville Toyota.

I would recommend just not buying a Toyota in first place :heckno:

honestly I want to like open road autogroup, but about 2 weekends ago I visited the new BMW/Mini dealership in langley and the newly renovated lexus dealership at richmond automall. I was disappointed in the customer service as I was not asked for any help of any kind (sales wise). I know some people actaully like not to be bothered by "typical sales guys", but having worked at a dealership myself it is courtesy to try to help. If the customer does not need any help, then they are left to be. I felt as my family and I were not going to be helped because we are not Asian.

Hello,

I'd like to apologize for both of those experiences you had at both dealerships. If you or your family has any questions, I'd be more than happy to answer them or coordinate a sales person to discuss any concerns you may have. Customer Service is important to me and I will ensure that all concerns are addressed accordingly.

Dont worry I'm Asian and received the same attitude. I think they dont like us cause we dont speak chinese in Richmond. But thats okay someone else got my money and I'm happy with their service.. Granville Toyota FTW. We parked in the parking lot and a sales guy was already ready to greet us while exiting the car.. FYI Ron Fong @ Grandvill toyota is really nice and easy to deal with.

Thanks Josh,

But your apology is not needed as it was not YOU personally who didnt help. I still like/would like open road auto group as my dad has dealt with them (construction wise). I dont know any names of any represenative but I dont want to point fingers anyways. I can only hope my next experience will be a good one.

In the mean time, having worked at a JP Volvo delearship, the Jim Pattison auto group has impressed me with their sales customer service. They will literally go the extra mile for their customers.
