As the title says , looking for someone to take over the lease on my immaculate 2010 DGM STi.

2010 model year , base model
Purchased last June at richmond Subaru
16,000km Lightly driven mileage .
No accidents - like new condition .
DGM exterior , black alcantera / black leather / red stitch interior

Upgrades-

ALL upgrades have less then 6,000km of use .

18x9 Wedsport SA-67R Wheels in Matte Grey with inner blue time - attack branding - special ordered from Japan.

Full Authentic Charge Speed Lip kit (5 piece kit with front lip, side skirts x 2 and rear bumper wings) - with custom carbon inserts. Portions of this lip kit also has clear bra applications put on it to prevent rock chips.

DAMD full carbon rear diffuser - painfully imported from Japan. This piece alone took 4.5 months to arrive as they do not usually make this piece in carbon fiber

TOTAL MODIFICATIONS WITH RECEIPTS & LABOUR SPENT: APPROX: $14,000

What I am asking :

Lease payments - $599 tax in per month
2 years 7 months left on the lease.
Buy out then will be approx. $19k + change .

Lease take over and I'LL PAY YOU A $1,000 incentive . BONE stock car . All parts will be professionally removed . The document transfer fee will be paid by the buyer. I believe the fee is approx. $500.

If You like the upgrades I have done to this car , we can negotiate a different price. I am either looking for a buyer for the car as is , or completely stock .
