Is your 2 million including the purchase of lot and build? or 2 million to build strictly? If you're looking to buy AND build, I would say burnaby since you'll probably get a bigger lot and also by laws that are less strict so you'll prob save some money that way too. |
Burnaby! vancouver is super crowd with bad traffic all the time. PLUS small roads. |
