fucking AMAZING CONCERT! |
fuckng good show yes i had media access so i was runnin around. I saw him walk by after the show. he said hi thanks for coming shook his hand amazing show! 34songs and killed it all |
just got back..... i really enjoyed the concert, shame he was lip syncing some of them @ the beginning okay during the concert ppl looked pretty damned mellow at the start like they weren't enjoying it but as the concert got on everyone seemed to get in the mood first gripe i didnt get to record anything this old chinese guy was on my ass every time i tried to record (didnt think id need to hide my record light for this) but the thing is i saw all these people beside/behind/in front of me recording and this usher? kept shining his fucking light in my lens when i tried to even when i was trying to take a picture... i was like wtf????? 2nd not a gripe but a surprise, i didnt think id see so many white guys there there were at least 3 i saw on the floor with me 3rd went into 7 sweet sins after the concert and tried to buy some cakes but the 2 old guys working in there seemed like they had alzheimers.... the asian one was clueless the white one skipped my turn in line to talk to the girl beside me... then when he took my order he didnt take the full order and left to start working (i was going to order a few cakes to bring home to the familly) and to top it off he got my order all wrong even though he repeated it.... :seriously: 4th my fault, i didnt know the parking lot i parked in closed @ 11:30 and i got back @ 11:35 and it was already closed to top it off my phones battery had died, luckily my buddy was still @ his car so we called the Securiguard # to come and open the gate for me (i parked in the Amec building) the guy took 1hr to arrive, according to his map Lot31 (it says on the sign what lot/address the parking lot is) belongs to some other lot on Howe st.; anyway he doesn't have the right key to open this parking lot... his pass won't open it... so he calls it in and they say they'll send a guy in a car (the security that came was on a bicycle) so i shouldnt have to wait too long.... well it took another 1hr for the next guy to arrive and this is with my calling every 20mins going wtf? and getting the reply of (10mins, so sorry) so finally get my car from securiguard and it cost $50 -_- (so parking ended up costing me $71 tonight) and im on my way home but the thing is its been snowing for a long time now and although its rain in downtown its a snow storm the moment you pass Commercial Drive and i don't have my snows on -_- so Im driving really slow especially since the hwy isn't plowed and some spots its quite thick saw a bunch of cars spun out and stuck in the snow on my way home, i spun once luckily there were no cars anywhere nearby and luckily i was going slow enough that i didnt keep spinning took a long ass time to get back -_- concert was nice did anyone else see that girl in the front row crying her eyes out through the whole concert?? wth was that about? crazy fan or did someone propose to her during the concert? and whats up with those guys with Jacky 1/2 century lanyards/badges that got ushered backstage on the last song? was it some sort of VIP deal? my mom & aunts apparently had a room for themselves and supposedly are getting/got to meet jacky after the show! should have gone with them! -_- |
lol I wonder if it was like at Las Vegas where they only allowed 20 shoots with Jacky Cheung after the concert in the back stage. |

It was a great show. Too bad it wasn't sold out. A lot of people were put off by the prices. I fault it on the organizers though. They charge an arm and a leg to for these concerts. Ticket prices were more expensive than the Watch the Throne tour for Jacky, Sammi and Eason! I paid $120 for floor seats for Coldplay but could only get nosebleeds for $100 at the Jacky concert. Organizers greed cost them. Imagine if they lowered the price to just a tad. This building would've been sold out and rockin'. HK star concerts always costs so damn much in Vancouver. |
the event was 95% sold. it looked pretty sold out for the most part. there was an empty section for row1-10 sec111 and sec112 as it was right behind the control stage. some spots on the side bear 104 and 119 |
I noticed a few areas on level 300 that was empty. Only heard of one guy getting kicked out for video recording on a tripod haha Posted via RS Mobile |

Apparently their were a lot of people outside Rogers Arena still buying tickets from the box office. Also, I don't know but the crowd wasn't really into it...I was sitting beside some middle-aged/older couple that didn't seem too amused at being there. Never clapped and didn't even smile..like wtf? AND when Jacky announced that this will be the last song for the night, some people just stood up and left..to avoid the crowds..that's just rude.. That'd suck, StylinRed. I was using my GF2 without any problems from security lol but that's probably cause I was a bit further than where you were sitting :) Too bad I wasn't able to run into Jacky :( |
