Quick question about points system (icbc)

Just got a ticket for driving 5 people in a car, got a ticket. Knew I was wrong but everyone else was passed out, couldn't leave em or let them take a cab home.

My quick question is do I get points for this violation?

Contrary to restriction counts as points.
