FS: 2010 Toyota Yaris Lease Takeover [CASH INCENTIVE] 3 Attachment(s) [UPDATED - CASH INCENTIVE, PM FOR MORE INFO] I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a MINT 2010 Toyota Yaris. I've provided below some details of the car: Make: Toyota Model: Yaris Type: 4-door Hatchback Year: 2010 Mileage: 27,xxx KM Transmission: 5-speed Purchased at Metro Lexus Toyota in Victoria Color: Black Power Steering Power Windows Power Locks CD Player w/ aux port A/C Anti-Lock Brakes - Oil change required every 8,000KM. Each oil change costs $60 - This car costs me approx. $45 for a full tank and takes me about 550km This car has been driven by a mature individual and has NEVER been in ANY accidents (will provide VIN upon request), and has NO door dings or scratches. All oil changes were done on time, with the latest change being done on November 10th, 2011. I have never smoked in this car, in fact it's been babied ever since I've owned it and only been driven in the city. The monthly payments are $292.xx/mo and insurance costs me $95/mo. The lease is set to expire October 2013 (23 payments remaining), and the buyout amount is $7,317.20. You can also buy the car out after by simply going to the dealership. There will not be any additional taxes as they have already been factored into the monthly payment as well as the buyout. The limit in terms of mileage is 96,000 over 4 years. Because I've only used 27,xxx KM, you can drive up to 71,xxx KM over the next 2 years until the lease is due. I am not looking for any money from who decides to take over the lease - the only cost will be the lease transfer fee, which i believe is only a couple hundred dollars (will confirm with Toyota Financial Services) A credit check will be required by the dealership. Please PM me if you have any further questions |
