FS: Etymotic ER-4PT w/ 75ohm adapter
 
I have a pair of hardly used Etymotic ER-4PT w/ Adapter.

The adapter is used to make the frequency response similar to the ER-4S.
This package also comes with an extra pack of foam ear pieces, unused extra filters.

Price is $275 OBO.
