24k is reasonable. Expect the Scion to cost even less with no nav, no digital climate control, etc. |

lol I just read that it has the "noise induction system" shared with the GT86 in that it channels engine noise into the cabin when RPM higher than a certain rev. LOLWUT so much for NVH R&D then... |
bring back the rear of the concept model! don't get why they had to change the rear :okay: |
Is it me or are these JDM cars start to look the same to me?! BRZ, FC, and GEN.... with a few exterior mods, it's hard to tell which is which. Similar body shape, lines and well, perhaps even price. :p |
^ You mean aerodynamic shapes? Have different looking lines to me. |

Dyno is out. Disappointing to say the least. This car won't work anywhere but on the track. Guy on NC.org made a comparison between the torque-less wonder 2zz in the celica and the HKS 86 engine: http://www.newcelica.org/photopost/d...0/2ZZvs4U1.gif |
^Pretty much the car revolves around the concept of getting it on the track lol or races :) |
Here is top gear saying it's one of the best road cars made in the last 10 years: Toyota GT 86 driven full road test car review - BBC Top Gear - BBC Top Gear I guess you can look at dynos and pick a car performance-wise. But from what I read so far... it's affordable, light, rear drive and a bit old school. I don't see a problem driving this on the road. |
pfft even with the dyno I'm digging it. I like my power in the top end and non-existant anyway. NOTHING replaces the feeling of foot on the floor fun. If i wanted low end power i'd get something gay and american |
