My friend has this problem too. Switched to Google DNS and it's good again.

Something fishy here..now they have a different message up citing "technical issues". Also, craigslist has not responded to any media requests for comment. Like posted before it is a DNS problem, so perhaps their dns server got hacked?

The site works but when you try to click on an ad, it gives you an error:

Some postings work. It's just the ones that have been spammed over and over again.

i still get the "tou" thing but @ the bottom there's a list of craigslist locales and Vancouver is there and when you click on it it loads

addy is now craigslist: vancouver, BC classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events vancouver.craigslist .org instead of vancouver. en.craigslist .org

Are you guys able to look at ads? It works but still get the domain tou violation error when I click on ads.

All the links are still pointing to the .ca ending, you need to update the link to new domain.

It will not work, however, if you change the URL to:
http://vancouver.craigslist.org/van/apa/2727370844.html

It will work fine...

You could also add the Firefox extension "Redirector".
Use the include pattern:
http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/*
and redirect it to
http://vancouver.craigslist.org/$1
