I am looking for 16inch Civic 2008 EX 5 Spoke rims as seen in the photo with the black civic - needs to come with 80%+ tires. In exchange, I am trading my 17inch SI rims (as shown with the red Civic) with 90% thread Falken tires. However, I will want an additional $170 (since the SI rims and tires are worth alot more).

The 2008 Civic SI rims with 95% falken tires on them.

These SI rims have Practically new tires. Rims are in 10/10 condition no scratches or rust at all except one super minor curb on my rim! Tires that come with the 16inch EX rims need to be in 80% or better condition. Rims need to be 100% condition with no rim rash whatsoever.
