Kid sounds like a punk. People bully the willing, not the one who resist. If you always resist, it will eventually become too much trouble for them to bully you and they will stop picking on you.

i get bullied a lot in elementary by different people. one day in grade 7, i bought a cup of noodles from the corner store (they made it for people with hot water). this kid walked up to me, tapped the bottom of the cup and spilled some on my hand and chest. i threw the whole thing at his face. didn't feel a bit of guilt after.

he probably got a 2nd degree burn.
