if it happened locally ICBC would've treated each car's damage as individual cases for "not leaving enough safety spaces in between" instead of blaming it on the car in the front of the pack...more premiums can shoot up this way :troll:

saw this on the news...said it was all because of a prius infront of the first ferrari and it was trying to over take that little hybrid LOL
