Christmas party hosting site suggestions

I'm wondering if there are suggestions on places that can be rented out to host a Christmas party of around 20 people in the lower mainland?
Not looking to spend too much
Has some parking, tables, chairs, etc. We will be providing food.
Some optional services is karaoke
