Currently on iOS 5.0.1. Bought it a year ago and upgraded to the iPhone 4S so I have no use for this.
Does not include any accessories because I want to use those as a spare for my phone, however the accessories are pretty cheap to buy.
Lifetimer: Since I did the update, it reset the lifetimer. But like I said, I've used this over a year now so it has more than 4 hours.
