TT Means Trail Team, so he wants a 2012 FJ Trail Team. I'm assuming there was a spark or some shit from the power windows? The way he's making it sound is that he wants toyota to give him a new truck? Can't really blame the guy either for that haha. |
wow the trail team edition looks boss.....the only toyota id drive right now http://www.cartype.com/pics/4551/ful...tion_show2.jpg |
The guy's an idiot. What was he thinking keeping an acetylene tank in his truck? And to roll down the power window when he knows the truck is filled with acetylene gas? Damn lucky he's not seriously injured. |
holy fuck dudes lucky to be alive |

All that was going through his mind was "I have to vent the gas". |

No. Guy's a fucking retard for not having a Cylinder Cap on. http://image.made-in-china.com/2f0j0...linder-Cap.jpg And if it got "bumped" he probably laid it flat on it's side. Another retard move since it needs to sit upright. Otherwise the acetone leaks out of the foam cell and into the valve, which would've given him a bigger surprise if he didn't let it sit for at least 3 hours upright. |
Places I have been to won't even fill the tanks unless you have a cap on it. Something that they can't legally fill the tank without the cap. Makes sense now. |
what if he did have the cap on and didnt close the valve all the way ... dont jump to conclusions tank could have had a leak i was acet welding one time and the acet torch valve cought on fire needles to say i shat my pants n if the fire started at the regulator needles to say i wouldn't be here to day |
^ Thats why you have flashback arrestors. And you're supposed to check for leaks everytime before use. Sounds like you didn't torque down the lines/tip. |
^Totally agree! Always use flashback arrestors. Guy is damn lucky to be alive.. |
Not all acetylene bottles use cylinder caps. He didn't specify what type of tank it was. |
i had those |
