Here for more info on the Ice Cream Sandwich

^So what he's saying is that the name of the new operating system that the Galaxy Nexus has is called Ice Cream Sandwich.

The galaxy s2, galaxy note, Tab 10.1 etc will be getting their Ice Cream Sandwich updates sometimes in early 2012

the article was written in layman's term...not with crazy tech language :suspicious:

meh. The Samsung ICS ROM will be heavily themed with Touchwiz as well and will look nothing like what we see in the Galaxy Nexus. I'd be surprised if it will look much different from the current gingerbread build from what we've seen of the leaks so far.

On the bright side, this means that the cm9 ppl can get their hands on an updated new kernel soon and put out their custom rom for all of us that want AOSP Android 4.0 :)
