Any Asus G series Laptop will run Diablo 3. Quite a few to choose from in your price range. Good quality computers, and one year accidental coverage and 2 year limited warranty, cant go wrong with these. |
ASUS and MSI are the ones im currently looking at |
g73 , you have the money for it. buy mine and ill go buy the g74 :D |
hahaha, i was actually able to find a few g74sx for in my budget also the other series i am contemplating about are the MSI GT780DX & GT683DXR the question is do i want 15" or 17" and im not entirely sure what the extra letters and numbers mean on I.E. G74sx-????...different options? Quote:

The extra letters have means, some are 3D ready/ better specs etc. I like the 17in , really good size for watching shows and playing games if you dont plan to move it around too much, comes with a mouse and a backpack fitted to the laptop too! The warranty is absolutely wonderful as well! |

ahhh, supposedly you cant change out video cards on either of these.... does it make a big difference between the GTX560M 3GB GDDR5 vs GTX570M 1.5GB GDDR5 i heard the 570 is only slightly better than the 560.....but is there a big difference one has allocated 3GB vs. 1.5GB? |
Sager.. Posted via RS Mobile |
looked at sager/clevo..little bit outa my price range for the equivilants :P |
well made the plunge got the MSI GT780DXR-279US w/ Cooler Master U3 Notebook Cooler w/ 3 Fans |
The cooling system of ASUS is designed so nicely, the fans come from the back of the laptop rather than under it, so playing on the bed wont cause it to overheat, very good design IMO. Too bad you didnt go with Asus. |
Head to head tests didn't show significant cooling differences between both. Also asus only has a 560m which is soldered to the board. I prefer the 570m for power. Plus I will be overclocking it, which has shown to be stable on the gt780, but as percaution I got the cooling pad. But trust me both were very hard to choose btwn. If the g74 offered a 570m I would have taken it. Posted via RS Mobile |
