Lol I'm so used to seeing german cars floating around. Seeing high end cars is like looking at corollas, it's just another car. But here, there's none so its like car shock to me, something like that.

Taking the ferry ride back and forth is a real pain. The long bus rides are a pain as well.

i suppose people here with the higher end cars are smart enough to not drive them in winter?

I don't know, but I feel that winter here is a little harsher than Richmond or Vancouver. It's like gloomy skies everyday and high winds all the time as well

You live on campus? I'm so :alone: for breakfast and dinner most of the times. I have some old friends but some dont live on campus or they have clashing schedules :(
