Cow-eats-chicken Rolls
 

I was bored today and figured to try something new:

Ingredients:

Inside Round Roulanden beef cut
Chicken thighs (boneless)
Honey Garlic Sauce
Tex Mix Club house Spices
Chilli powder


Basically rolled out the beef and stuffed it with the chicken:

in the oven at 450 for 45 mins or so

i'm glad you are experimenting with new things, but if i was to do it, iwouldn't put it in at the same time. both have diff cooking times and while chicken needs to be cooked thru, beef can be just medium rare. just my 2 cents.
