what are the most graphically intense games? I find it strange....but running my laptop on CAN YOU RUN IT? i max out my results for all the high-end games i can think of...... skyrim MW3 Crysis 2 and it can easily run these games on high levels. but then I do BF3 and i barely make it over the minimum requirements....i have everything on the recommend list and this is the only one that it says i didnt meet the requirements for.......... Video Card Recommended: DirectX 11 compatible with 1024 MB RAM (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570 or ATI Radeon HD 6950) You Have: GeForce GTX 570M req/what i have Video RAM 1 GB 4.0 GB Pixel Shader version 5.0 5.0 Vertex Shader version 5.0 5.0 i have what it wants, but it reads that it is not enough..........wtf :suspicious: what are some other super highend games that i can test to see how i well i would run them |
The GTX 570M is considerably slower than the desktop GTX 570 (which is what is recommended). It's roughly comparable to the GTX 550 Ti ... Skyrim is primarily limited by your CPU. MW3 is based on an older graphics engine and Crysis 2's engine was intentionally toned down so they could port it to consoles. |
okidoky...thx |
is BF3 the most graphical intense game on the market right now? |
Yes. That and Metro 2033 with Tesselation turned on. BF3 @ Ultra brings my system to its knees. Metro 2033 with Tesselation kicks it in the balls and then pisses all over it. |
check out arma 3 when it comes out this summer...should also give your system a good work out. Min Req: GPU – Nvidia Geforce GTX 260 or ATI Radeon HD 5770, shader Model 3 and 896 MB VRAM, or faster |

i7-2600K @ 4.2Ghz, 16GB RAM, 2x 560Ti in SLI. :heckno: |
Toms Hardware reviews uses Crisis, Metro 2033 and a few others... Metro/BF3 at max settings puts the Radeon HD 6970 down to avg of 37FPS and the GTX 570 to 33FPS |
Time to upgrade my GPU ... |
i play bf3 on highest settings, and I stay right around 50-60 fps the whole time, 2600k @5ghz 8GB 2133 ram 570's in sli at 850mhz I gotta try metro 2033 though, il download it tonight |
guess it is just normal settings for me then :P |
