Figured Some of you may be interested in this.
I haven't read it yet.

Just curious what you guys think about chiropractic and what your experiences have been if any.
As well, what do you feel about taking prescribed drugs. Do you think drugs are over prescribed?

Not surprised. Doing yoke work will actually prevent injury to some degree.

My impression of Chiro's is based on Allen from Two and a half men :)
Not even sure what the diff between chiro and physio is even...

I'm not big on getting my neck cracked. I prefer to do the physio. There is also the option of Acupuncture

Yea....I wouldn't say I was hooked, but i was taking a lot of muscle relaxants + other pain killers and developed a pretty good tolerance.

Not really a good thing.

Gave up most of the pain killers because i know it can't be good for my liver.

Physio + acupuncture for me now a days.

Diff between physio and chiro? About 5 months lol

I've had nothing but good experiences with chiropractors, works great
