Electricity Issues in Joyce Area! Anyone else in my neighborhood, joyce area, experiencing unstable electricity? By that i mean flickering lights and occasional sudden flashes of power outages. Called BC Hydro several times and they don't seem to notice an issue. :suspicious: |
