Hahahaha, happened once to me in my first car (auto). It didn't get far though.

I can't even remember how or why (9-10 year ago).

Don't get why ppls nowadays don't use their dam ebrake, whether auto or manual, it's a must!

yup, its one of those things that grinds my gears pretty hard and pisses me off(no pun intended)
my cars an auto and when ever people work on my car, they return the car without the ebrake engaged and just let the car rest on the transmission lock which CAN BE BROKEN very easily rendering P useless.

TheKingdom2000 01-08-2012 06:52 PM

Umm if it's in gear it wouldn't have done that..
i'm pretty sure that car is in neutral. probably a stick shift.

Isn't this video like 5+ years old.. ?

GabAlmighty 01-08-2012 07:25 PM

Ya i'm pretty anal about using my parking brake too. Only time I don't use it is on a slight incline and letting the truck rest on the curb.

Had something like this happen to me, except I was 7 and in the backseat of the car when my dad stepped out and it started to go in reverse. Good thing we lived in a quiet neighborhood. Understandably, the reverse gear is just one off from park if you don't push it all the way up, but scary shit when you're a helpless kid.

fail

When I was 6-7 my mom stepped out of the car to the ATM and told me not to touch anything. I put the car in neutral and luckily some bystander saw what was happening and jumped in to stop the car before it smashed into another one in the parking lot. lol

This happened to me once.
I was in D in my mom's civic and I forgot that my engine wasn't even on. I was shitting bricks until I used the E brake cause I couldn't stomp on my normal brake for some reason. This was 3 weeks after my N haha.
