No longer able to display non english characters My windows 7 notebook suddenly lost the ability to see non english characters. It was able view these characters up until 2 weeks ago, and I have been unable to find a way to get it to work again. I'm only able to change the keyboard language there is no option to change display language or change it to unicode or anything. The whole option is just gone. I googled the issue and I can't install any language packs under updating windows and I am an administrator on this notebook. Any help would be appreciated. Please and thank you. |
Have you tried to use this: Vistalizator - change display language in Windows Vista and Windows 7 you may have to start from pre-SP1 tho ... or just get another version altogether |
