Basically, its a petition to the government to set aside wireless spectrum for new entrants so that they at least have a chance at succeeding in Canada. Otherwise its obvious the Big3 will be able to push the new entrants out of the market with their 94% market share.

Signed. More competition will usually benefit us consumers so its a good thing imo.

good concept, but I have never seen a petition actually work,

no matter how many signature are on it, it means nothing.

but signed anyway

The people doing this were the same people fighting caps on the internet.

more government intervention is NOT going to get you a better deal.

The reason Canada has less competition is because of regulations against foreign investment in Telecom
