Dam the backstory changes everything

I've been jumped 8v1.
Swelling and bruised ribs, face got all messed up.
Lacerations, had to get stitches.

Punks came at me, looking for a fight. Cut me off, surrounded me and somebody from behind hit me with a bottle. With the first punch to my face, my glasses flew off and got destroyed, couldn't see anything.
In a situation like that, you don't have a chance.

I feel for the guy, but if the backstory was that he was involved in something first, then he just lucked out the this got filmed and posted.
Maybe he'll get some justice. But I sure as hell didn't.

I know there's always a backstory to everything but fuck all I heard was UMM UMM UMM UMMMM. Also took her over 2 minutes to get to the point.
I swear I was getting more pissed off watching her try to form a complete sentence than watching the original video.

Wow... so I just watched BOTH her long ass videos... and I gotta say what a camwhore....

I know she wanted to set the story straight and what not... but c'mon, it could have easily been done in 30 sec - 1 min... maybe 2 tops if she really wanted to go into detail... but half the damn video is her staring blankly at the screen saying "umm" and repeating some things over and over... :seriously:

edit: it's interesting though, assuming the backstory is true, watching the video again was actually uplifting and enjoyable.

We base everything we feel on the stories of the people involved. What was initially an awkward ESL student just trying to fit in, getting his face smashed around, turns out to be a wannabe thug who ended up on enemy turf solo, and got a taste of his own medicine (STRONG PERHAPS).

I will not pass judgement until the truth comes out, but I am keeping the emotions in check until it does.

He did try... More than once. Have you been hit in the head then immediately tried running away the moment you get up? It's pretty fucking hard. Chances are he probably suffered some sort of a concussion from all those hits to the dome.
