Thompson but I'm probably switching to the oval since its the same distance (I live in 4)

I've worked out at golds which is pretty good, but too many "buddy's" work out there

I've also been to sport central in 07 and that place blows.

South Arm blows.

All the community centers except for thompson blow.

Oval is your best bet. I just wish they had a pool.

I also wished I lived by a YMCA because they do have the best and I mean best facilities i've ever seen.

I use to go there, but it was almost impossible to get in a routine and rhythm when it gets busy. Parking is a bish!

Are they still missing a decline bench?

I just started at the Oval today. Went there with a couple buddies so they could show me the ropes (i started lifting like 4 months ago at a shitty gym without barbells).

Went with 2 friends but was still a bit intimidated by the volume of people there.

the oval has alot of peopleÉ They have like 4 squat racks.

I was gonna sign up but really upset they removed the benches for the squat rack. I`m worried that they will get mad at me for moving a bench to the squat rack for certain excersies that i do.

Gold Gym's Richmond just gets crappier and crappier. New front desk girls every week...doesn't seem they can keep their employees.
