it was balls before, then skinnypupp fixed something and it worked, then when RS 'got hacked' or whatever a couple weeks ago its been balls again.

Our cache host made some changes to all the IP addresses mentioned here, and they should work when I re-enable the service. I'll let you know here once that has been done.
