| Clifford Alarm Help!
Hey guys, well after the super expensive transmission repairs for my parent's 99' Odyssey, more problems have come along.
This time its not as costly, nor serious. The car has an aftermarket Clifford Alarming system. After we got the car back from the transmission place, the alarm has gone into valet mode. Light on the dash stays on, no chirps while locking/unlocking, alarm doesn't set off.
The problem here is that we cannot locate the valet switch or even the alarming module for the car.
Called the transmission place, they've said it is not their fault and should be a side effect of when they disconnected the battery.
Anyone got any experience or advice they can provide?
Thanks in advance!

You need to hit two button together on the remote to get it out of valet. I think it is star and unlock. Posted via RS Mobile |

Have you tries pushing both button together? Or press and hold 1 while pressing 2 or the other way around? Posted via RS Mobile |

Yep, along with other combinations, searched online, went to a car audio shop and they both said that there must be a valet switch or some kind of pattern to turn it on and off.
We have searched under both drivers and passenger's side and no luck

If you want to come by the Coquitlam area, we can take a look at it for you. You may be able to find the alarm brain by remove the underdash panel. Those alarms usually have some sort of pushbutton valet. Sometimes installers put them in or on the kick panel on the driver's side or in behind the hood release handle.

I installed hundreds of those back in my A&B Sound days. I know exactly how to fix that.
There will be a toggle switch somewhere down in the dash area.
You'll need to have the ignition on to make it work. Simply flick the switch one way or the other until the light goes off in the dash.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to bring it to a shop so that we can re-set the unit.
