Logitech G27 power supply issue My G27 power supply seems to have died, its a common problem apparently. I'm 2 months out of warranty, so I'd like to confirm its the power supply before ordering replacement parts. Can someone loan me their G27 power supply? or let me bring over my wheel and hook it up to their power supply, gearshift and pedals to see if it works? Thanks in advance! |
Contact Logitech. They have great customer service/support even if your product is out of warranty. I lost the weight cartridge on my G5 v1 and they sent me a G5 v2, didn't even have to send it back ;) G5 v2's back button wouldn't work properly after a year and a half and got a G500! :fuckyea: Posted via RS Mobile |
I'll do that this afternoon, yet I'd still like to confirm what is wrong if anyone can help me out. Thanks in advance! |
only thing to do is test with a power tester. |

Still need to test? Where do you live? |
i'd agree about contacting logitech customer service. i wouldnt be surprised if they sent u a new power supply. my usb dongle for my vx revolution died and was out of warranty but they still sent one out to me. i mean it was pennies to them but definitely speaks a mile about their customer service. |

Going to call Logitech tonight after work, hopefully they'll help me out. I didn't even buy this, my buddy bought it for me and I just gave him cash - so I have zero proof of purchase. |
that's fine...they usually go by serial number to know approximately when it was puchased |
When I got my G25 rma'd they didnt even ask for proof of purchase. You may just luck out.. Just be nice to the service techs. |
i do have this adapter. Vancouver laptops in north vancouver |
