My internet down for 48 hours now. Provisioning problem. Their IT team still hasn't fixed it. Same response: IT team knows we are very busy and need to serve many customers. Average wait time for call and/or callback is 30 to 120 min. Chinese still 30 min at least. I can understand down time of few hours or even a full day. But 48 and counting. I think it's close to 54 now. Used to be a big fan of Shaw. No more. I'm looking at telus soon. dL Posted via RS Mobile |

If you guys have smartphone with data? tweet them instead of calling. Had a problem and was on hold for 45 minutes, got fed up and tweeted to shaw and got a reply within 2 minutes. Then after talking to the tech by Direct Message. He fixed the issue within 5 minutes & I was still on hold by the time my cable came back. I think their switch board is overloaded when shit breaks that's why they want people to start using twitter. My 2 cents |
