2005 Accord I4 SE with a 5spd Manual (they are rare) 2004/5 Mazda GS Hatchback with a manual (most fun to drive, best looking mid-sizer IMHO) http://static.cargurus.com/images/si...pic-26332.jpeg If you can stretch your budget a little more, then you can get the Accord EXL / Mazda 6 GT (fully loaded) |
lol is it legal to own a charger police interceptor? i didn't realize our local PD had them in their fleets...maybe decomissioned from transit police? |
2005 dodge neon srt-4s are in your price range and you can probably haggle them down to the lower end of your ballpark |

You drive long distance? On highways? Might want to get something with a V6 like an Accord/Camry. They're boats but they're comfy and the car won't feel like it's coming apart on highway speed. Or get a good GT car like SC400/300 :fullofwin: Those are pretty cheap as well. None are gas sipping but if I have to drive long distance, I'd rather have a comfy cruiser than a low torque&lightweight gas sipper. |

My 4-cyl Camry got roughly the same as my 6-cyl TL. If fuel econ is your deciding factor, stick with the smaller 4 cylinders.. Civics, Corollas, Fits, etc. |
So far the best suggestion yet is a Jetta tdi. I was pretty close to trading my tsx for one. Posted via RS Mobile |
Toyota Yaris, can get a 2009 yaris for maybe about 12,000 |
1992 Ford F-250 Crew Cab long box. The 7.3L is a stout motor. |

my dad had a 2000 accord (auto 2.3L) and the transmission didnt hold up either. became problematic around 171,000km |

He bought it late last year and he really wants to get rid of it... primary reason being: people slow the fuck down around him and it gets annoying when you are in a hurry :okay: |

04+ tsx or 06 Mazda 3 GT w/ 5spd atx Posted via RS Mobile |
Def the TSX. Stylish, basically Accord parts/suspension but plushier, and relatively cheap on gas and reliable. That's why you see tons of them on road still = ) |
If I were you, I'd just get a 2010+ yaris. You could easily buy a low km almost new yaris in your price range. It's 4 door, 1.5L, reliable and new. If you go toyota dealership, you can even get warranty and maintenance. |
