Take it off and look to see if it has any logo on it. From the pics, it looks like a ebay no-name generic filter which are non-cleanable. Toss that out and get a real K&N filter.

any recommendation where to buy an air filter. i have the pipe already i guess i just need the filter only and hope it fits the pipe. it should be all standard size fit for pipe right?

Just bring your filter to lordco and tell them you need a cone k&n that's around the same size

how much should it cost?

probably between 50-100.

lordco can bring in whatever size you need. you just gotta measure the opening where it mounts to the intake, and the diameter of the filter at the top and bottom shoulders, and then the total length of the filter.

use this page to figure out what filter you need, and then call lordco and order that PN. http://www.knfilters.com/search/univcone.aspx

i can help you with that if you're in coquitlam

No, they aren't standard sizes. Measure the diameter of the opening that fits your pipe.
Also, measure how long and wide the filter is.

honestly looks like a dry filter to me, the K&N wet oil filters have a red dye in the oil.

do you know the brand of intake/filter you got?

if you buy from lordco quote a frds acct or say your from bcit. 30% off

but check what brand it is first.

^... or you know, you could use the revscene account.. it's 30% off as well...
