But you can go to O2 Wireless in Surrey and you can also go to Amritech Wireless in Surrey.

To put it into perspective, I know nothing about phones and was just given this one from a family member. I don't really use the phone for anything other than calling, and I still have a real life with people I converse with in person. Lol.

anyways I went to the 02 place and had it done, quick and easy - thanks.
