Free long distance calling! Saw this on RFD, pretty neat you get a new 778 number and you can make long distance or local calls! Or you can use it for you're shady ass runs :troll: Works on Iphone, Android, Desktop and soon Blackberry. Forgot to mention you can either use WIFI or 3g/4g network, i think its like 1mb=1min Fongo Sound quality is pretty good as well. |
Or just get Skype and spend a whopping 0.01c/min. I've made a ton of calls from Ger to Can over the last few months and have not even spent 5eur |
"What are Fongo's long distance rates? Rates are as low as 2 cents per minute to call the rest of Canada and anywhere in the US. Call to over 37 countries for as low as 3 cents per minute. Click here for our International Rates. All calls to locations outside of our Free Calling Cities have a 4¢ connection fee." Toronto Montreal Vancouver Ottawa Calgary Edmonton Quebec City Winnipeg Hamilton LondonKitchener-Waterloo St. Catherines Halifax Victoria Windsor Saskatoon Regina Sherbrooke St. John’s BarrieKelowna Sudbury Kingston Abbotsford Saguenay Trois-Rivieres Moncton Brantford Saint John Charlottetown Yeah, if i need to make LD calls, I usually get the other person to get skype, skype to skype is free anywhere in the world... |
If you attend UBC before, you should have a campus login. Go anywhere in the world, access internet, VPN to UBC, then use google talk. Free Long Distance There. This method has been tested with my girlfriend in China (and China bans Google etc...) This is how you cheat the system from google. VPN ftw! |
Yeah I use Skype to Skype a lot, but I also call cell and landlines in Vancouver from Germany and it's always $0.01/min. |
I'm waiting for Google Voice to come to Canada. |
Pretty good service. Good sound qualilty over 3G. Perfect for those with 6GB data plans. Super easy to set up on my iPhone. Got my 604 number easily. |

This is practically useless for those with a plan like Holiday Miracle Plan on Wind or Mobilicity. |

I used nettalk on my iPhone while I was vacationing in LA. Call quality was decent, but the quality varies as with all VOIP calling services and is entirely dependent on your 3g or wifi connection. |
Thanks. I setup my number as a ontario number, so my family back east can save on LD charges. Works perfectly |

Un-installed it less than 24hrs later. Viber people need to step their game up and get their app working for ICS. It's been a 3 month wait and a known issue with ICS and still no solution. |
Can anyone extract the IPA file for Dell Voice? Thanks! |
Viber works well too.... Posted via RS Mobile |
