"During that arrest a stolen Nissan Sentra with five teens inside drove right by them. "Seven of the 10 have been charged with possession of stolen property and some drugs were found."
Taking bets on amount of jail time they will serve.
I'm assuming as minors, they will get a couple hours of community service and call it a day.
