Too good to be true? (Fido free data trial)
 
At the moment I'm with Fido and apparently I got a text from them with this message:

The number I received the text was 450016 and I'm just wondering if you guys know if there's any legitimacy behind this?

Currently not on a data plan.

Possibly try to connect to email, web browser etc on data? Or call Fido?

call in and ask. Had a customer come in fido and he got spam text by telus saying to activate his data lol

I think its legit, my dad doesn't have a data plan and he was offered a month of free data usage. Not too sure if he got it through text or phone though
