2003 Acura RSX [DC5] Cold Air Intake Q.

hey guys. so i recently bought a 2003 acura rsx and it has a cold air intake in it. i have a few questions:

1. does this filter need to be changed or can it be cleaned?
2. what is the model on the intake?
3. what is the red tank above the air intake filter? all i see is Injen
4. does anyone also have this cold air intake and does it really make a difference?

U have the Injen cai with the Injen washer fluid relocation bottle.

Just clean the filter and enjoy it. Watch for deep puddles though!
