Electric shortage...car wont start/crank Hey guys...hopefully someone will be able to help me here... so heres the story...all of a sudden my daily driven 90 civic dx wont start or wont turn over. you can turn on the accessories but as soon as you touch the break peddle it turns off. i have tried adding extra ground wires, jumping the car..everything i can think of. there has to be a short somewhere i assume...any suggestions?? Thanks guys, D |
Are the terminals tight and clean? When you tried jumping it did you let the jumping car charge it up for a while? Does it or did it have a remote start at one time? the main ignition harness could be looses it is right infront of the brake pedal |
Everything is clean and tight...no remote start...the main ignition haness is something i havent looked at. Hopefully its something as simple as that... Posted via RS Mobile |
