CPP Calculator Anyone? I just want to know if I got charged extra. Thanks :showbutt: |
Pretty sure CPP maxes out at 2700 or so for the year. Can't remember the exact number. Posted via RS Mobile |
google Tables on Diskett 2011 and run your numbers. It will tell you the amount of tax/ei/cpp you needed to have deducted per CRA. pro tip brought to you by: D & G Consulting - Accounting | Tax | Strategy |
It's just a set at 4.95% of income.. First $3500 exempted, max contribution of 2,217.60 Any over payment will be refunded with your tax return so sad, 4.95% paid to CPP and 1.83% paid to EI (2012) and if i work smart and hard all my life i'll never see my money back at retirement... |

Should get fired so can collect on EI at least.. |
For accurate CPP/EI/Tax calculations go to : Payroll Deductions Online Calculator - Disclaimer You don't have to enter your name or SIN but be sure to select the correct province and pay period type. Keep in mind to enter your taxable benefits correctly. CPP and Tax are calculated but EI is not. If you need help let me know. |
Thanks guys :) |
HI Plush, Canadian retirement income calculator has additionally been updated to reflect the budget. It is essentially that you calculate and report the correct deductions and insurable/pensionable income on both T4 slips. Thanks ZARA JOHN@ |
