1999 integra running rich

My 1999 integra gs 5spd is running really rich. Im getting roughly 200km or less a tank of gas. The exhaust fumes are emitting an extremely rich smell. There is no black or blue smoke. Car runs PERFECT. Only 88k km on engine.
My hypothesis is the MAP or injector sensor is fucked up or possibly sparkplugs or o2 sensor.
If the error is a sensor is there another way to re-calibrate it without a scan tool? (i do not own one nor do i want to pay someone to)

Thoughts?

Try resetting the ECU by unhooking the negative battery terminal for 30 secs.

My guess would probably be a lazy o2 sensor.

Tried that when i hooked up my sub/amp. thanks tho

You pretty much need to get a scan tool. You want to do it before all the crap ruins your O2 sensors and / or the cat. It only takes you a few minutes to remove the spark plugs to check the state of it.

Is your car warming up properly? could be the thermostat

Your coolant temp sensor could be faulty. There is two of them one for the gauge its a one wire and one for the ECU. They work independant of one another. Or O2 sensor average life span or one is about 100000km's and should be replaced at tune up time.

one way of checking the o2 sensor if you don't have the scanner is use a volt meter and poke into the white wire (+) of the sensor (feedback wire) and ground the other probe (-) of your volt meter. It should switch from .2 - .8volts. At high idle it should switch back and forth quite quickly.
This is where it would be more accurate to use a scanner. Some measurement are counted in milliseconds

k im a retard, the engine lights did not turn on, so they may rule out sensors?

Not necessarily.. it lessen the probability, but if your sensors might be sticking.
