Thanks in advance

Any tow truck service will pretty much charge the same.

A junkie will break in for about $10.

Or you could use a rock on the smallest window, depending on type of window, you could pick up cheap at the junkyard.

You could always youtube video on how to open the lock with a coat hanger.

Depends what kind of vehicle.
I've had to help my foreman break into the service van a couple of times already. Once with a piece of 2/14 wire and the second time with a coat hanger.
Also helped my coworker break into his Pontiac minivan with a hook to open the door handle from the inside. We had to pry open the corner of the door to get the hook inside. (No damage done)

Some vehicles won't work with these methods.

Tow truck drivers just use large door stops and rubber mallet to pound at the door around the seal area. Once the door flex a little, they insert a metal rod to hook and pull the door handle to open the door from the inside. You can fashion the tools needed from things around the house.

i had this happen to me just recently and I called mundies towing. They charged around $65 to do it and they did it like how godwin described.
