Cool, you personally don't.

You're only talking about the fobby Asian ones and
Fobs like that dress code shit. Personally I'm not in that crowd just like you but there's a reason why they make those events. Cause they fucking work and actually brings people in. Similarly in the edm/raving scene they promote the djs. Why did tickets for avicii go for $50+? Why was dash Berlin at gossip packed last week? Clearly there are people that give a shit. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean the events are "boring" as you say.

like I said before it's not a good job. Some of you guys said its good if you like partying and it is! You wouldn't really think twice about it and make a thread if you really do like partying so.....

If you're in it just for the money then don't do it. Unless you have absolutely nothing to do or if you have a lot of patience.

Aside from the money, It's a great way to meet people. It's awesome when you know a lot of people in the scene and you will have way more fun partying with them than your regular friends most of the time.

I'm not a promoter but I'm in the scene and knows how it works. Feel free to pm me if you have any other questions.
